The food was okay. The servers offered personalized made at your table salsa to the surrounding tables when they were seated. I read that this is something that made the restaurant unique. We weren't offered this at all..I was trying something new to celebrate my birthday but was disappointed. The portion sizes were large very large. The best thing I had was the strawberry daiquiri.

The wait staff was very nice! Good atmosphere. We both had the burrito, which was pretty dang good. They were willing to put the enchiladas sauce on the side, which I didn't think they would do. Very nice (and for some reason, very good smelling) bathrooms.

We absolutely love Miguel's cantina! It is our favorite Mexican restaurant in northern Oakland county. They are usually very quick assembling takeout orders, too.

Have eaten here a few times. Always friendly, fast service and yummy margaritas. Food is good and reasonably priced. Another unique and fun thing - they make your salsa fresh at the table, so you can personalize your level of spice. It can get busy on weekends, but they do call ahead seating, so take advantage of it.

Very nice local cantina. Food and service is great. During the dinner hour a server will make a bowl of custom salsa just to your liking with chips.
